Super Bowl Preorder form

Please fill out this form to place orders for Super Bowl 2026. These orders will be available for pick up on SUNDAY 2/8 BETWEEN 9 AM AND 2 PM inside 308 W Kennewick Ave Kennewick. Please answer all questions. I will invoice via PayPal within 2 business days for a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE  DEPOSIT and payments are due within 24 hours. Balance is due at pick up.

Meat and cheese board

One pound of Smokin' Boar Sausages summer sausages (exact variety to be determined), one pound of assorted cheeses (sharp cheddar, havarti, pepper jack, and Swiss), half pound of housemade crackers. $70 each

Cheese balls

Cheese ball with smoked gouda and sharp cheddar, packed with flavor and rolled in herbs and bacon. $16

Sandwich platters (dozen)

One dozen sandwiches on fresh made bread. Six turkey & provolone, six ham & cheddar. Lettuce, tomato, mustard packets, and mayo packets will all be included on the side. Sandwiches will be cut in half for a total of 24 halves. No substitutions. $115

Zombie platters (dozen) 

One dozen zombies - six plain cheese, six ham and cheese. No substitutions. $75

Dozen dogs

One dozen Smokin' Boar Sausages, four polish, four bratwurst, and four jalapeno popper dogs. Includes buns with dogs. Onions and kraut will be on the side. No substitutions. Limited to 15 total orders. $120

Cookie box

Assortment of 24 cookies with 8 chocolate chip, 8 butter toffee, and 8 snickerdoodle. No substitutions. $30

Do you agree to pay your 25% deposit invoice within 24 hours of it being sent? If you answer no, I will not invoice. If invoice is unpaid, your order will be canceled.
