Easter Preorder form

Please fill out this form to place orders for Easter 2025. These orders will be available for pick up on SATURDAY 04/19 BETWEEN 9 AM AND 4 PM inside 308 W Kennewick Ave Kennewick. Please answer all questions. I will invoice via PayPal within 2 business days for a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE  DEPOSIT and payments are due within 24 hours. Balance is due at pick up.

 
Preorders will close on Saturday, April 12th, or sooner if I reach capacity.
